About QHM Group

QHM Group was built from years of hands-on experience in mining, maintenance and heavy equipment, and a clear understanding of what clients need from the people and businesses they rely on

What started as a small family business providing maintenance support has grown and evolved through the relationships we've built, the opportunities we've taken on and the needs of the businesses around us

Over time, QHM has expanded beyond our mining roots into agricultural and rural maintenance, flexible workforce support and QHM Business Solutions, allowing us to support businesses in more ways than ever before

Today, we work across a wide range of industries, providing practical support both in the field and behind the scenes, while remaining proudly based in the Mackay and Pioneer Valley region

The business may have grown and changed, but the way we work hasn't — good people, strong relationships and doing what we say we'll do

Our people are a big part of what makes QHM what it is

We believe in looking after good people, giving them the support and flexibility to do their jobs well and recognising that life exists outside of work too

That same approach carries through to our clients — we value open communication, genuine relationships and being the kind of business people enjoy working with and can rely on
